Rinyusuke Sano new solo exhibition “ZOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO/ FACE”

The Chain Museum, which operates ArtSticker, and Fons, which operates The CITY BAKERY, have opened Gallery & Bakery Tokyo 8 minutes on the 1st floor of TODA BUILDING in Kyobashi, Tokyo, which opened in 2024/11. In this exhibition, which is the 9th, a solo exhibition by artist Sano Rinyusuke will be held from 2025/08/09 (Sat).

After moving to New York in 2016, Sano worked as an assistant to a local artist during her three-month stay, and began her path as a painter in earnest. Since the first exhibition held in 2018, I have been energetically drawing works, incorporating the concept of “ZOOM (zoom),” which expresses compositions where unregular concreteness and abstraction coexist using various materials and layers. In this exhibition, all new works centered around the “Face Series,” which depicts fragments of memory with a “face” as a motif, will be presented. Sano's works, which are the largest in this exhibition, have the power to draw viewers into the world view with their vivid sense of color and overwhelming power.
